Evaluation of your request by the Cuban authorities and medical team (up to 10 days).
Step 4
DECISION MAKING
If approved and you decide you wish to proceed, the Service Plan will apply. If you do not proceed, there are no further fees or obligations to us.
Step 5
LOGISTICS
We provide assistance as per the Plan selected and support you during your medical treatment in Cuba.

- Get access to a personalized Patient Portal
- Upload and securely store your medical history and medical documentsy in the Patient Portal
- We complete all necessary paperwork to be submitted to the appropriate healthcare authorities and medical teams for assessment, determination of eligibility, and evaluation of best treatment program
- Receive a response from Cuba regarding your eligibility for treatment with one of the comments “Approval, Denial or Postponement” within 10 days
- If approved, receive a Quote & Treatment Plan which might be specified in the development of its evolution
- Pay directly for treatment & arrange own trip!

- A Personal Care Assistant who will visit you regularly and provide you with any assistance you need
